Culture Movement of Brain

The Korea Institute of Brain Science has been holding the International Brain HSP Olympiad every year to inform the public of the importance and worth of the brain, a precious asset of the future, since it was founded in 2005 as the first of its kind in the world. We also seek to distribute the culture of brain worldwide, holding the International Brain Science Symposium (since 1999) and the International Brain Education Symposium (since 2005) annually. In 2006, the KIBS published a brain education journal Brain and opened Brain Media, a portal web site of Brain.

뇌문화 보급

한국뇌과학연구원은 인류 미래의 자산인 '뇌'의 중요성과 가치를 전 세계에 알리기 위해 2005년 세계 최초로 인간 뇌의 활용과 개발능력을 평가하는 두뇌올림피아드 IHSPO를 창설해 매년 국제올림피아드로 개최해오고 있습니다. 더불어, 99년 이후 매년 국제뇌과학심포지엄 개최, 2005년 이후 국제뇌교육심포지엄 개최 등을 통해 뇌 대중화에 앞장서오고 있으며, 2006년 뇌교육전문지 <브레인> 발행, 뇌전문사이트 <브레인미디어> 운영 등을 통해 뇌문화 선도에 앞장서고 있습니다.
